Finding a property
How do I save listings to compare later?
Click the heart icon on any listing. Your saved listings live under
your profile — you can compare them side-by-side, see new updates, and
jump straight back to each one.
How do I contact a seller or agent?
Open the listing and fill out the inquiry form — name, email or phone,
and your message. The seller / agent receives it in their inbox.
Authenticated buyers can also submit a formal offer directly from
the same page.
Can I search by neighbourhood, price, or features?
Yes. The smart-search bar at the top of the homepage understands
natural language — try "3-bed in New Cairo under 6M" or
"ground-floor studio with garden". You can also use the filters
on the listings grid to narrow by city, area, price, bedrooms,
bathrooms, and amenities.
Do you have a saved search I can subscribe to?
When you run a search, click "Save" and we'll keep track of new
listings matching your filters. You can manage saved searches
from your profile and delete or rename them any time.
Your account
How does ID verification work?
Upload your passport or national ID and a recent proof of address
in the ID Verification tab on your profile. Our team reviews documents
within 24–48 hours. Verified accounts unlock features like submitting
offers and getting priority on inquiries.
I forgot my password — what now?
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot your password?" and we'll send a
reset link to your email. The link is valid for one hour for security.
How do I update my email or phone?
Go to your profile → Personal info. Phone can be changed any time;
email change requires confirmation from the new address.
Listing & selling
How do I list a property as a seller or agent?
From your profile dashboard, click "Create Listing". The wizard
walks you through property details, photos, location, and pricing
in a few minutes. You can save drafts and publish later.
I'm a real estate developer — is there a separate flow?
Yes. LAUNCH Studio is our portal for property developers — full
catalog management, lead inbox, master-plan heatmap, team
management. It's free to start on the Catalyst tier.

Are listings free?
Browsing and saving listings is always free for buyers. For sellers
and agents, basic listings are free; featured / premium placement
may have fees. Developers have a separate pricing model — see the
LAUNCH Studio plans.
